Terms of Service

EFFECTIVE DATE: SEPTEMBER 2026

By accessing any Sinsoxia simulation (including Kallskär RBLX and London TMA), our external web hubs, or authenticating via our Roblox OAuth application, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service. Sinsoxia ("we", "us", or "our") reserves the right to revoke access to any user found violating these protocols.

1. Operational Conduct

Our simulations are cooperative experiences requiring coordination between players. Operators and pilots must adhere to the following standards:

• No Malicious Interference (Griefing): Intentionally disrupting another player's session is strictly prohibited. In Kallskär this includes intentionally tripping the reactor (SCRAM), manipulating split valves to cause turbine failure, or sabotaging trace heating systems. In London TMA this includes deliberate collision, interfering with another aircraft's flight, or disrupting active ATC operations.
• Chain of Command: In realistic roleplay sessions, participants must follow the directives of the active session leader — whether that is a Shift Supervisor (Kallskär) or the controlling ATC (London TMA).
• Accountability: Every significant interaction is logged with a player ID and timestamp. Anonymous sabotage is impossible. Unjustified disruptions will result in removal from the active server via community vote-kick or administrative action.

2. Exploitation and Third-Party Software

The use of exploits, injectors, or any unauthorized third-party software to manipulate physics, bypass playtime requirements for critical controls, or alter server DataStores will result in an immediate, unappealable permanent ban from all Sinsoxia infrastructure (including all Roblox experiences, external web hubs, and Discord).

3. Administrative Authority & Termination

Sinsoxia Administration and authorized Moderation Personnel reserve the right to mute, kick, or ban operators who violate these terms, disrupt the integrity of a simulation, or violate the Roblox Community Standards. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our web hubs and private servers at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be unacceptable.

4. Fictional Entity Disclaimer & Nature of the Service

Sinsoxia is an independent game development group operating on the Roblox platform. All depicted organizations are purely fictional, alternate-history creations made for roleplay and simulation purposes — including "Kallskär Kraftgrupp AB" (KKG) and any aviation authorities or airlines featured in London TMA. We are not affiliated with any real-world power companies, the Swedish government, Svenska kraftnät, Vattenfall, any nuclear regulatory bodies, aircraft manufacturers, airlines, or real-world aviation authorities (such as NATS or the CAA). The mathematical models and operational parameters provided are for entertainment and educational purposes only.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sinsoxia's simulations, web hubs, and OAuth services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Sinsoxia makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding game uptime, the persistence of private server data, or the flawless operation of our web infrastructure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sinsoxia and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of Roblox currency, or emotional distress arising from in-game emergencies, server resets, or administrative bans.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our web hubs shall be resolved in the courts of this jurisdiction.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service as our simulations evolve. Continued use of any Sinsoxia experience following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new protocols.
